What Do Flight Status Terms Mean?

From "Scheduled" to "Final Call" to "Diverted" — every flight status explained in plain English, with what you should do for each one.

Status	What it means
Scheduled / On Time	Flight is proceeding as planned. No action needed.
Delayed	Departing later than scheduled. Check the new time in the airline's app.
Boarding	Passengers are boarding. Be at the gate now.
Final Call	Last chance to board. Go to the gate immediately.
Cancelled	Flight will not operate. Contact airline for rebooking or refund.
Diverted	Aircraft landed at a different airport. Airline will rebook you.
