Basic Economy Warning
Delta Basic Economy passengers get only a personal item (17×13×8 in) under the seat. No full-size carry-on is allowed. If you arrive at the gate with a carry-on, Delta charges a carry-on fee plus the first bag fee.
Power Banks
Power banks must be in carry-on luggage only — never in checked bags. Under 100 Wh: no limit. 100–160 Wh: max 2 with approval. Over 160 Wh: prohibited.
